Security of your information

Comodo Security Certificate

Our payment methods are passive, in the sense that they do not probe your computer to find out who you are, nor do they leave cookies.

Please note also that we do not run secure e-mail. The credit card payment process is protected by Comodo SSL.

The information that you do provide, such as name, address and phone number, are stored at Educcomp in a customer database. We use this information to print mailing labels, and to record who is an active customer. It also gives us the means to get in touch with you if we need to.

We also store your name, address, product information and past sales in our MYOB accounting package. This enables the printing of invoices and statements automatically. It also helps us do GST and other accounting functions, and to reprint invoices when asked by our customers.

These are the only pieces of private information that we record. We do not, under any circumstances, give this information to anyone else. If you receive advertising material from Microsoft, for example, it means that at some stage you have corresponded with them - we have not passed on any information.
