Who Qualifies?

Families who home-school their children have access to the specially-priced "Home and Student" versions of software (see the Office Products List), or to regular commercial boxed product.

Microsoft meets the purchasing needs of Kindergartens, Schools and NZQA-accredited tertiary institutions and their teachers through its academic boxed product and academic licencing schemes.

Teachers, Kindergartens, Schools and NZQA-accredited tertiary institutions can ease the purchase of academic product, whether boxed single-user software or licencing, by following one or more of the suggested guidelines outlined below:

Fax, mail or e-mail an official school order form.

and/or

The delivery address is a kindergarten, school or tertiary institution.

Tertiary students can ease the purchase of academic boxed product (but not licences) by faxing, e-mailing or posting their order:

including a statement with their order of the tertiary institution that they attend along with a copy of their current student ID.

 

NOTE for Tertiary Institutions: Microsoft WILL NOT supply academic product or licencing unless your institution appears on the NZQA web list of accredited providers.
